Slagg is such an annoying mechanic in ultimate and she takes the annoying out of it since it's bult in the action skilll with a point and does it extremely well. Elemental Chance, if I am correct, is a boost based off the existing rate. If you have 30% Element chance and +10% Badass Element Chance, you get 33% Element chance, as 3% is a 10% boost to 30%.
